Validity

This privacy statement provides users with information on the type, scope and purpose of collecting and using their data by the responsible party.

The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) form the legal framework for data protection.

Collecting general information

With every access to this offer, information is automatically collected by us or the Web space provider. This information, also referred to as server log files, is general information and allows no inferences on you.

Collected among others are: name of the Web page, file, date, amount of data, Web browser and browser version, operating system, domain name of your Internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from which you have accessed our offer) and the IP address.

Without this data, it would be technically partly impossible to deliver and show the content of the website. In this respect, the collection of data is absolutely necessary. In addition, we use the anonymous information for statistical purposes. They help us to optimize our services and technology. Furthermore, we reserve the right to retrospectively check the log files in case of suspected illegal use of our offer.

Contact form

If you contact us via the online form or e-mail, we store the information you provide to respond to your request and make any follow-up questions.

Integration of services and content of third parties

We also offer content and services of other providers. These include for example, maps provided by Google maps, YouTube videos, as well as graphics and images from other websites. In order for this data to be called up and displayed in the user’s browser, the transmission of the IP is absolutely necessary. The providers (hereinafter “Third party”) thus collect the IP address of the respective user.

Even though we strive to only use Third parties, which only require the IP address to deliver content, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be stored. Among other things, this process is used for statistical purposes. If we know of the IP address being stored, we relay this information to our users.

Cookies

This website uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored by the server on your computer. They contain information to the browser, the IP address, the operating system and Internet connection. This information is not passed on to any Third party by us or linked to personal information without your consent.

Using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a Web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to enabled IP anonymization on this site, Google will truncate your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings. Google AdWords

This website uses the “Google AdWords” online advertising program, including conversion tracking. With Google AdWords, a cookie is set on your computer, if you have accessed our website via a Google ad. These cookies will expire after 30 days and are not personally identifiable. If the cookies has yet to expire and the user visits certain pages on our website, we and Google can detect that the user clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords advertiser receives a different cookie. Cookies can thus not be tracked via the websites of AdWords advertisers.

The information collected using the conversion cookie are used to create conversion stats for AdWords advertisers who have opted to use conversion tracking. Advertisers find out about the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. They, however, will not receive any information which can identify the user personally.

If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can easily disable the Google conversion tracking cookie via your Internet browser under user settings. You are then not included in conversion tracking statistics. More information about the privacy policy of Google can be found under: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
